WHAT can be returned?
Products sold via the Battery Solutions Network website are covered by a minimum 1 year warranty against manufacturer faults and defects. Note that supplier warranties greater than 1 year are honoured for products sold via Battery Solutions Network.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Warranty requests to be received by 12 months from date of purchase.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Requests for a Warranty return can be sent to email@example.com. We will provide details of the closest distributor who can assist with the return process. A distributor is available in each capital city of Australia.
HOW do customers return items?
We will respond within 2 workings days regarding the process to complete the return and whether a replacement or refund is entitled.
SHIPPING for returns?
Please note that returns must be completed prepaid, or delivered to one of our distributors by arrangement.
CREDIT for returns?
Approved warranties can have the battery replaced or credit returned via original payment method.
