Australia Wide Free Freight

How can we offer free shipping?

With a tight relationship to our distribution's partners from all over Australia, we can now take a step forward for you the customer and absorb the unwanted cost of shipping.  Most locations in all major metro areas of Australia are now catered for directly from our partners to your door using their own distribution fleet.  This means a faster more accurate delivery service not reliant on 3rd party carriers.  This new distribution system will generate benefits across the metro areas in each of Australia's most populated cities.  With dynamic restrictions changing during times of crisis, this gives us control and flexibility to meet the needs of you the customer.  We can comply to all current requirements while remaining safe for everyone and still providing the delivery experience you expect.

What about outside the city metro areas?

For outside the metro areas we will continue to use the best available means to get your order to you ASAP.  For most deliveries we use Australia Post or if better suited we will use a third-party freight company.  This is often due to batteries being classed as dangerous goods or size and availability of shipment, the freight choice is made on a case-by-case situation.  But it is always to get the item to you in the shortest and safest means possible.  This service has now become and will remain cost free.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Typically, we allow a business day to process and prepare the order for shipping the following day.  If in a metro area delivery can be 1-3 days as it depends on the day of the week and if the distribution partner is servicing that area on those particular days.  If being sent out of a metro area, the order will be sent with Aust Post, or a third-party freight company and delivery should be expected in 2-5 business days.  However, depending on location and current environmental concerns this may be longer due to factors outside of our control.

Can I have my order sent to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, due to issues with some states of Australia a battery cannot be sent or stored in a PO Box as this is their policy on Dangerous Goods.  This is not our policy but one that we must abide by, therefore we will only send to a street address to avoid prolonged delays in shipments.

Can I have my order shipped overnight priority?

This is a service from Australia Post and for some products this is a possibility, however for most batteries, particularly Lithium products, this is not available due to Dangerous Goods policy.
